Don't Be Square, Curves Ahead
Our R6 has radically curved surfaces for a reason: it sounds better. Traditional rectangular speakers suffer from diffraction as sounds leaving the edge of the cabinet are reflected back into the sound field causing phase distortion. The R6 virtually eliminates diffraction and provides a wider sweet spot because of its radically engineered curved surfaces.
Let's Be Up Front
Take a look at competitive monitors and you'll find ports on the back of the cabinet. These rear-firing ports tend to create bass coupling with walls and corners, amplifying low frequency information which will color your mix. The superior design of the KRK R6 includes front-firing ports, which are just the right shape to reduce port turbulence. The dual record feature of the SHOGUN CONNECT creates matching “hero” Apple ProRes, ProRes RAW, Avid DHxHR/HD and “proxy” HEVC (H.265) files simultaneously. Proxy files can also be uploaded during capture using ATOMOS progressive transfer technology so that these files are available in the cloud as soon as recording stops.

ATOMOS Cloud Studio

ATOMOS Capture to Cloud uploads files from ATOMOS network connected devices to cloud-based platforms, including Frame.io (an Adobe Company). Control camera functions with the intuitive touchscreen of the Shinobi 7, designed to give you fast access to the most crucial camera features. The optional Atomos USB-C to serial cable gives you direct control of all the menu configurations on Z Cam E2 series cameras, so that you can focus on the beautiful image and make dynamic adjustments of iris, white balance, shutter angle and ND.
HDR in the Field
Shinobi 7 screen displays a stunning 10+ stops of dynamic range in real time from Log/PQ/HLG signals. Combined with our unique HDR monitoring features, the Shinobi 7 simplifies the complexities of shooting Log and HDR.
Built in 3D LUT Box
