Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase, please contact Dedicated Presentation Solutions (DPS) immediately by phone (845) 475-8465, e-mail, or by using the Live Chat feature.

Dedicated Presentation Solutions will not allow credit for returned goods except in accordance with standard warranty procedures, or unless otherwise agreed prior to their return. Please contact (DPS) for Return Authorization (RMA) within 30 days. Elite Screens products may not be returned, warranty replacement only in the event of something wrong with the screen.

A 30% restocking charge will be assessed on all new and unused standard products authorized for return.

All items must be returned in new condition in their original factory packaging and must include all accessories, manuals, cords, remotes, batteries, etc... as they did in the original order. Items not in factory condition or missing accessories cannot be accepted for return. If returned product is received in non-sellable condition (damaged/scratched/dented, etc.), credit will not be provided.

Upon authorization, please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided in correspondence with Dedicated Presentation Solutions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any restocking fees as noted once the return arrives at Dedicated Presentation Solutions and is checked for condition. We will notify you when the refund has been issued, allow two to seven days for the refund to appear in your account.

Software and Technical Support

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on all software and technical support purchases. All sales are final and as-is.

Warranty Claims

The warranty on each item carried by Dedicated Presentation Solutions is honored by the manufacturer that sells it. Dedicated Presentation Solutions is happy to facilitate a warranty claim in the event of trouble during the product's warranty period.
